Planning a Gathering at Long Lake Memories

BEFORE YOU INQUIRE

Long Lake Memories is first and foremost a private vacation rental designed for spending meaningful time together. To preserve the relaxed, residential atmosphere of the property, gatherings are intentionally small and centered around overnight stays.

  • The property accommodates a maximum of 30 guests at any time
  • This includes all overnight guests, visitors, vendors and event attendees
  • Due to fire code, parking, and property infrastructure limitations, we are unable to make exceptions

Peak Season Gatherings (May-Oct)

Our busiest season is centered around overnight stays at the property.

  • All gatherings require a minimum two-night stay
  • All guests attending the gathering must be included within the property's 30-person maximum occupancy.
  • Single-day events are not available during peak season

Intraday Gatherings (Nov-April)

During the off-season, we offer limited single-day gatherings.

  • Available November through April only
  • Indoor events only
  • 4-hour minimum
  • Maximum of 30 guests at any given time

Micro Weddings

Weddings at LLM are intentionally small and personal.

  • All guests attending the gathering must be included within the property's 30-person maximum occupancy.
  • Two-night minimum stay required
  • Indoor ceremonies available year-round
  • Outdoor ceremonies available May through October
